1. Intellectual property

WhatsApp Web Designer — including all source code, compiled extension files, CSS stylesheets, theme configurations, preset names, and visual assets — is proprietary software. All rights reserved.

The extension is not open-source and has never been licensed for reuse, redistribution, or modification. No part of it may be:

• Copied, ported, or reproduced in another product
• Reverse-engineered from compiled build files
• Redistributed under a different name or brand
• Used as the basis for a competing extension

Themes are original creative works. The specific combination of CSS values, configuration structures, and preset names constitutes protectable expression. Extracting them — even from a compiled, public-facing build — is infringement.

2. DMCA enforcement

This is not an isolated warning. Infringement will be actioned. If you believe your content has been incorrectly flagged, contact me at ellethyomar2004@gmail.com.

3. Reporting infringement

If you discover another extension, repository, or website copying WhatsApp Web Designer's themes or code, please report it:

• GitHub repositories — file a DMCA notice at support.github.com
• Chrome Web Store — report via the Chrome Web Store infringement form
• Firefox Add-ons — report at mozilla.org/report-infringement

Note: Platform enforcement is inconsistent. Filing a DMCA notice with the host (e.g. GitHub) is generally more effective than using in-store reporting tools.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

WhatsApp Web Designer is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with future versions of WhatsApp Web, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension at any time without notice.
